Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited reported a net loss of Rs 42.04 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 17.52 lakh in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 1,260.58 lakh from Rs 1,614.64 lakh year-over-year. The company appointed Ms. Sarita Khamwani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Other income increased significantly to Rs 377.71 lakh, which included Rs 352.75 lakh from government incentive claims. The company is pursuing two merger schemes - one with Royal Spinwell and Developers Private Limited with a hearing scheduled for August 19, 2025, and another with Natroyal Industries Private Limited currently under regulatory review.
