1980
- Safari Industries (India) Ltd. was incorporated on 6th July.
- Safari Industries (India) Ltd. took over the undertaking and business of Safari Industries.
1986
- Safari Industries was converted into a public limited company.
2003
- The Company's equity shares were voluntarily delisted from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
