SAMKRG Pistons and Rings Limited announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 71.44 crores for the quarter, compared to Rs 62.02 crores in the same quarter of the previous year. For the half year, revenue reached Rs 135.41 crores versus Rs 119.31 crores in the prior year period. The company posted a net profit of Rs 2.97 crores for the quarter, down from Rs 7.77 crores in the previous quarter, while half-year profit stood at Rs 4.75 crores compared to Rs 3.85 crores last year. Basic earnings per share for the quarter was Rs 3.02 compared to Rs 7.91 in the previous quarter. The company operates in the automobile components manufacturing segment with multiple manufacturing plants for pistons and rings.

SAMKRG Pistons Reports 52.8% Jump in Net Profit, Appoints New Independent Director

SAMKRG Pistons and Rings Limited reported strong quarterly results with revenue from operations growing 11.7% year-on-year to Rs. 63.97 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Net profit surged 52.8% to Rs. 2.88 crores compared to Rs. 1.88 crores in the same period last year. Earnings per share improved to Rs. 2.93 from Rs. 1.92. The automobile components manufacturer also appointed Mr. Vetukuri Venkata Ramana Raju as Additional Director in the Non-Executive and Independent category, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting. The company reconstituted its Board committees including Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee following the Board composition changes.
