Samtex Fashions Reports Losses in Q1 FY2026 Results

Samtex Fashions Limited approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, at a board meeting held on August 12, 2025. The standalone results showed revenue from operations of Rs 0.22 lakhs and total expenses of Rs 10.08 lakhs, resulting in a loss before taxes of Rs 10.08 lakhs. Basic and diluted earnings per share were negative at Rs 0.01. The consolidated results reported revenue from operations of Rs 3.13 lakhs against total expenses of Rs 42.68 lakhs, leading to a loss before taxes of Rs 39.56 lakhs. Consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share were negative at Rs 0.02. The company's paid-up equity share capital remained at Rs 1,490.00 lakhs with a face value of Rs 2.00 per share. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.
