The company has submitted these results along with a limited review report from their auditors O P DAD & CO. to BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS 34) for Interim Financial Reporting and comply with SEBI listing regulations.
