2004

2007

2010

  • The Company received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 29, 2010, due to the conversion to a public limited company.
  • The Company received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 13, 2010, due to a name change to Sarveshwar Organic Foods Private Limited.

2012

  • The Company set up its second plant at SIDCO with 8 TPH milling capacity.
  • The Company forayed into organic products.

2013

  • The Company was granted registration certification from APEDA for certain products.

2015

  • The Company received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 29, 2015, due to a name change to Sarveshwar Foods Limited.
  • The rice milling and processing unit, Unit I (Seora), was verified and granted registration for export of rice to China.

2017

  • The Company launched its flagship retail store in Jammu for organic products.
  • The Company received GFSI Certification from Costco Wholesale, USA.
  • The Company received Star-K Kosher Certification.
  • The Company received BRC Global Standard Certification.

2023

  • The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
  • The Company split its face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1.
  • Sarveshwar Foods facilitated the 1st State Conference 2023 of Jammu chapter of NIRC of ICSI in collaboration with IIT Jammu.

2024

  • Sarveshwar Foods expanded its product portfolio with innovative rice-based offerings.
  • Sarveshwar Foods was awarded bids for export of white rice to Africa through NAFED, amounting to approximately 6 Million USD.
