SBEC Systems Reports Q3 FY26 Loss of Rs 28.85 Lakhs

SBEC Systems (India) Limited reported a net loss of Rs 28.85 lakhs for Q3 FY26 ended December 31, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 56.16 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Total income declined to Rs 80.22 lakhs from Rs 127.80 lakhs year-on-year.

SBEC Systems Pays BSE Fine for SEBI Compliance Violations

The company violated Regulation 31 by failing to submit shareholding patterns within prescribed periods for the quarter ended June 2025, incurring Rs. 2,000 per day in fines. Additional violations included delayed board meeting intimations and non-submission of voting results for July 2025 under Regulations 29(2)/29(3) and 44(3), each carrying Rs. 10,000 penalties. The total fine amount was Rs. 22,360 including 18% GST. The Board of Directors acknowledged the non-compliance and committed to ensuring future adherence to SEBI regulations. BSE warned that continued non-compliance could result in promoter shareholding freeze and potential transfer to Z group with trading suspension.

SBEC Systems Reports Mixed Quarterly Results with Net Loss of Rs 19.34 Lakhs

SBEC Systems (India) Limited reported a net loss of Rs 19.34 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 22.03 lakhs in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 91.58 lakhs from Rs 74.85 lakhs quarter-on-quarter. For the six-month period, the company posted a net profit of Rs 2.69 lakhs. The Board noted the cessation of Independent Director Jagdish Chander Chawla due to completion of tenure and acknowledged an advisory letter from BSE regarding non-compliance under SEBI LODR Regulations. The company's capital reduction scheme remains pending before the National Company Law Tribunal, with the next hearing scheduled for November 17, 2025.
