Seasons Textiles Limited announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 773.07 lakh compared to Rs 2,851.77 lakh in the previous year's corresponding period. The company recorded a net loss of Rs 2.73 lakh for the quarter versus a profit of Rs 17.40 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the half-year period, the company showed a profit of Rs 14.67 lakh. The Board of Directors approved these results in their meeting held on November 13, 2025. The company's total assets stood at Rs 5,819.79 lakh as of September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 6,296.93 lakh in the previous year. Current assets decreased to Rs 2,207.81 lakh from Rs 2,594.63 lakh year-over-year.
