  • The company was converted into a public limited company.
  • The company became a partner in SGN Industries, a partnership firm.

  • The other partners, Mr. Devinder Singh and Mr. Surinder Singh, resigned from SGN Industries.
  • The company took over SGN Industries as a running concern and allotted 971800 equity shares.

  • The last instalment of the rescheduled term loan was due.

  • The company split its face value of shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.
