Sharda Ispat Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 2,781.96 lakhs compared to Rs. 4,775.82 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 28.39 lakhs versus Rs. 296.42 lakhs in the corresponding previous quarter. Earnings per share decreased to Rs. 0.56 from Rs. 5.84 in the year-ago period. The Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Panpaliya Taori & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term from 2025-26 to 2029-30, and M/s. Narendra Peshne & Associates as Cost Auditors for financial year 2025-26. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. Sunil Kumar Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years from 2025-26 to 2029-30. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
