Shetron Q3FY26 Net Profit Drops 85% to ₹37 Lakhs

Shetron Limited Reports Q2 FY26 Financial Results with Revenue of Rs 6,044 Lakhs

Shetron Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 6,044 lakhs for Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 6,879 lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs 5,791 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the half year, revenue stood at Rs 12,923 lakhs versus Rs 11,670 lakhs in the previous year. The company's profit after tax for Q2 was Rs 105 lakhs, with earnings per share of Rs 1.17. Total expenses for the quarter were Rs 5,939 lakhs, including cost of materials consumed at Rs 4,305 lakhs and employee benefits expense of Rs 641 lakhs. The company operates in metal packaging manufacturing and reports results under one segment. The results were approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 7, 2025.

Shetron Limited Sets August 29, 2025 as Record Date for Dividend Eligibility

Shetron Limited has announced August 29, 2025 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for dividend for FY 2024-25. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 30 to September 5, 2025 for the Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution.
