Shilp Gravures Limited reported standalone profit of Rs 192.23 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 390.95 lakhs in the previous year quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,324.67 lakhs versus Rs 2,249.41 lakhs in the corresponding period. For the half-year period, profit reached Rs 583.18 lakhs against Rs 674.29 lakhs in the previous year. The company operates three reportable segments: manufacture of gravure rollers, power generation, and others. The Board also reconstituted the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee with new compositions including independent directors Mr. Jayantilal Jhalavadia, Mr. Shailesh Patel, Mr. Shailesh Shah, and Ms. Jinal Rupani.
