1979
- Incorporated on 25th October in Jaipur by Bangur family and promoters including Shree Digvijay Cement, Graphite India, and Fort Gloster Industries.
- Adopted dry process four stage preheater precalcination technology.

- 70 equity shares subscribed by signatories.
