Shri Krishna Devcon Reports 10% Rise in Quarterly Net Profit to Rs 142.43 Lakhs

Shri Krishna Devcon Limited reported a net profit of Rs 142.43 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 129.59 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, income from operations declined to Rs 483.88 lakhs from Rs 666.80 lakhs year-over-year. The company's earnings per share stood at Rs 0.51 versus Rs 0.46 in the previous year quarter. Total expenses decreased to Rs 294.82 lakhs from Rs 496.97 lakhs, primarily due to changes in inventory levels. The real estate company's board approved both standalone and consolidated financial results, which showed identical figures indicating no material subsidiary operations.
