Silverline Technologies Settles ₹35.98 Crore Litigation for ₹26 Crores with Apex Urban Co-operative Bank

Silverline Technologies Limited has successfully closed a long-standing litigation with Apex Urban Co-operative Bank of Maharashtra and Goa Ltd. (in liquidation) through a court-recorded settlement of ₹26 crores, representing a reduction of approximately 28% from the original claim of ₹35.98 crores. The company has already paid ₹7 crores of the settlement amount through two payments - ₹2 crores in April 2024 and ₹5 crores in May 2025. The remaining ₹19 crores will be paid in structured tranches between October and November 2025. The settlement was approved through Consent Terms recorded before the High Court of Bombay, with all civil and criminal proceedings withdrawn by the creditor. The Board of Directors approved the settlement on September 4, 2025, and authorized Mr. Yakin Kumar Bansilal Joshi to execute the settlement terms. The company expects this resolution to eliminate a major legacy liability, improve its capital structure, and allow management to focus on core technology growth initiatives including AI product development, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Silverline Technologies Reports Strong Q1 Results with Revenue Jumping to ₹100.09 Crore

Silverline Technologies Limited announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹100.09 crore and net profit of ₹11.15 crore, with earnings per share of ₹7.15. This represents significant growth compared to the same quarter last year, when revenue was ₹0.76 crore and net profit was ₹0.02 crore. Sequential growth was also strong, with revenue increasing from ₹32.26 crore in the previous quarter. The company experienced a technical issue that delayed uploading results to the stock exchange website, which has been resolved. The Board of Directors approved the results at their meeting on August 14, 2025, and auditors issued a Limited Review Report.
