Simplex Realty Reports Mixed Quarterly Performance with Standalone Loss and Consolidated Profit

Simplex Realty Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported a net loss of ₹25.49 lakhs for the quarter, compared to a profit of ₹17.96 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, the half-year standalone results showed a loss of ₹137.92 lakhs versus a profit of ₹114.65 lakhs in the previous year. On a consolidated basis, the company posted a quarterly loss of ₹26.43 lakhs compared to a loss of ₹140.26 lakhs in the prior year quarter. The company's total income for the quarter was ₹67.75 lakhs. Cash and cash equivalents decreased to ₹113.13 lakhs from ₹346.32 lakhs at the beginning of the year. The company repaid borrowings of ₹2,000 lakhs during the half-year period. The auditors noted concerns about two associate companies with accumulated losses and fully eroded net worth, raising going concern uncertainties.
