Solitaire Machine Tools Limited announced its quarterly results with revenue from operations of Rs 208.39 lakhs and profit after tax of Rs 4.11 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This represents a significant decline compared to the previous quarter (March 2025) which recorded revenue of Rs 704.15 lakhs and profit of Rs 71.03 lakhs. Year-over-year comparison shows revenue decreased from Rs 485.65 lakhs in June 2024, while profit dropped from Rs 43.20 lakhs in the same period last year. The company's total expenses were Rs 215.51 lakhs, with cost of materials consumed at Rs 200.37 lakhs being the largest component. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 0.09. The company operates in a single business segment as a manufacturer and remanufacturer of centreless grinding machines and spare parts. The results were reviewed by statutory auditors K.C. Mehta & Co., LLP and approved by the Board of Directors.
