The Board approved the Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved related party transactions pending shareholder consent. Som Datt Finance successfully completed a rights issue that opened on June 20, 2025, and closed on July 4, 2025, issuing 70,05,579 equity shares at ₹70 per share, raising ₹4,903.91 lakhs. The issue was oversubscribed by more than 123%. The company commenced lending operations in June 2025, with loans of ₹751.74 lakhs on the balance sheet as of September 30, 2025.
