However, net profit declined 32% to Rs. 149.00 lakhs from Rs. 218.53 lakhs year-over-year. The company returned to profitability after posting a loss of Rs. 421.46 lakhs in the previous quarter. The salt manufacturing/trading segment drove growth with revenue of Rs. 684.15 lakhs, up 30% year-over-year, while the power generation segment contributed Rs. 34.96 lakhs, up 16%. Despite revenue growth, salt segment profit fell 34% to Rs. 133.94 lakhs. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.62. The board approved these unaudited results on August 11, 2025, with statutory auditors providing a clean limited review report.
