Total income increased to Rs 367.54 lakhs from Rs 108.87 lakhs in the prior quarter, driven by interest income of Rs 320.52 lakhs and net gains on futures & options trading of Rs 47.01 lakhs. However, auditors issued a qualified review report citing the company's failure to provide Rs 17.06 lakhs in interest on borrowings from Arcadia Shipping Ltd, which has demanded repayment of outstanding loans and interest.
