SRI KPR Industries Limited announced that two promoter group members have withdrawn their applications for reclassification from promoter group to public category shareholders. Gaddam Madhumathi and Hemanth Reddy Gaddam submitted withdrawal letters, rescinding their original requests dated August 28, 2025. Hemanth Reddy Gaddam holds 3,71,988 shares while Gaddam Madhumathi holds zero shares. Both individuals will maintain their promoter group status. The company will not pursue the reclassification process further and does not require clearance from BSE.

SRI KPR Industries Limited received requests from Hemanth Reddy Gaddam and Gaddam Madhumathi to reclassify from 'Promoter Group' category to 'Public' category shareholders on August 28, 2025. Hemanth Reddy Gaddam holds 3,71,988 equity shares while Gaddam Madhumathi holds no shares. Both individuals stated they are not associated with the company's business operations, do not influence business decisions, and are not involved in day-to-day activities. They certified compliance with various regulatory conditions including not holding more than 10% voting rights, not exercising control over company affairs, and having no special rights or board representation. The requests were submitted under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A.
