- The Company ceased to be a subsidiary of The Jawahar Mills Limited.
1984
- The Company issued 50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par to the existing shareholders as right shares.
1987
- The Company made a bonus issue of 1,00,000 equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.
1989
- The Company made a bonus issue of 2,00,000 equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.
1991
- The Company made a bonus issue of 4,00,000 equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.
1993
- The Company made a bonus issue of 21,00,000 equity shares in the ratio of 21:8.
- The Company began merchant export of yarn for a value of Rs.35.69 lakhs.
1994
- The Company made a bonus issue of 2,90,000 equity shares in the ratio of 1:10.
2004
- The Board of Directors declared 10% Dividend on the paid up value of equity shares.
2006
- The Company declared 12.50% dividend on the paid up value of equity shares.
2008
- The Company designated an e-mail ID for grievance redressal division and compliance officer.
