1987
- The Company implemented the project of manufacturing 'Twisted Yarn' of 360 Mt. p.a. at Silvassa at a total cost of Rs.110 lacs
- The Company commenced commercial production of twisted yarn on September 26
1989
- The production level reached 214.94 Mt.
1990
- The production level reached 288 Mt.
1991
- The company name was changed to MANAV YARN PRODUCTS PVT.LTD.
- The production level reached 296 Mt.
1992
- The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to MANAV YARN PRODUCTS LTD.
1996
- The company undertook an expansion programme at a cost of Rs 3.15 crore for installing two ATE-800 texturising machines with Roto.
2003
- Manav Yarn Products Ltd sold its unit situated at Silvassa and the proceeds were paid to Bank of India towards the settlement of their dues on a One Time Settlement basis.
2008
- The company name was changed from Manav Yarn Products Ltd to S & T Corporation Ltd.
2011
- Shubh Management Consultants Private amalgamated with S & T Corporation Ltd.
2022
- The Company split its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
