1991	10,25,000 right equity shares were issued at a premium of Rs.40 per share in the proportion 1:1. 51,250 equity shares were issued to employees/workers at a premium of Rs.40 per share. The Company introduced state of the art low maintenance longer life batteries for stationary and traction applications.
