The Board of Directors meeting was held on November 4, 2025, where the results were approved and taken on record. The company's auditors, Manubhai Shah LLP, conducted a limited review of both standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results. The consolidated financial results include the financial results of wholly owned subsidiary company Stan Plaza Limited. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and SEBI listing regulations requirements.

Stanrose Mafatlal Investments and Finance Limited's Board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also appointed Mr. Shobhan Indravadan Diwanji as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to member approval by postal ballot. Mr. Diwanji, aged 69, holds a BA in Economics and MBA in Finance, and has served as an Independent Consultant since 1997. He previously worked as a Director at Lazard India and held advisory roles with major banks including HSBC and Natixis. The Board reconstituted various committees including the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee to include the new director.
