Star Paper Mills Reports Q1 FY26 Results, Declares Rs. 3.50 Dividend and Announces 86th AGM

Star Paper Mills Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 10,157.5 lakhs and profit for the period of Rs. 1,280.92 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 8.21. The Board declared a dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share (35%) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. The company scheduled its 86th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2025, via video conferencing, with September 18, 2025 set as the record date for dividend eligibility. The Board also reconstituted the Audit & Risk Management Committee by adding Mr. Atul Mani Sharma as a member and appointed M/s D. Dutt & Co., Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 with proposed remuneration of Rs. 85,000 for the first year.
