Steel Strips Infrastructures Sells Four Shops at SAB Mall for Rs 15 Crores, Signs MOU for Residual Rights Worth Rs 2 Crores

Steel Strips Infrastructures Limited executed an agreement to sell four remaining shops at SAB Mall, Noida to SMC Enterprises Private Limited for Rs 15 crores. The company also signed an MOU with Shubham Properties Private Limited for SAB Mall residual rights including maintenance, rights, responsibilities and liabilities for Rs 2 crores. The total consideration of Rs 17 crores will be used to pay company liabilities. The expected completion date is October 31, 2025, with provisions for extension or cancellation if required permissions from NOIDA Authority are not received. SAB Mall generates 97.93% of the company's revenue through rental income, hoarding charges, parking receipts and maintenance charges. The buyers are not related to the promoter group and the transaction is outside related party transactions.

Steel Strips Infrastructures Reports Mixed Q1 Results with Standalone Loss and Consolidated Profit

Steel Strips Infrastructures Limited reported contrasting quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company posted a net loss of Rs 22.88 crores compared to a loss of Rs 34.89 crores in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 39.16 crores from Rs 31.16 crores year-on-year. However, on a consolidated basis, the company reported a significant net profit of Rs 3,325.51 crores compared to a loss of Rs 218.18 crores in the previous year, primarily driven by a share profit of Rs 3,348.39 crores from its associate Malwa Chemtex Udyog Limited. The company's earnings per share improved dramatically on consolidated basis to Rs 38.48 from negative Rs 2.52 in the same quarter last year. The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2025.
