Company History

1997

  • The Company was incorporated as Shivalik Global Limited on July 22, 1997.
  • The Company obtained the Certificate of commencement of business dated August 8, 1997.

1998

  • The Company commenced commercial production in Manufacturing of Readymade Garments, Dyeing, Printing & Processing of Woven Fabrics and Dyeing & Processing of Yarn.

1999

  • The Company commenced Dyeing and Processing of Knitted Fabrics.
  • The Readymade Garments division was expanded from 12 lakh pieces p.a. to 24 lakh pieces p.a.
  • The Dyeing, Printing and Processing of Woven Fabrics capacity was expanded from 144 lakh metres p.a. to 264 lakh metres p.a.

2000

  • The Dyeing and Processing of Knitted Fabric capacity was expanded to 2000 MT p.a.

2001

  • The Company commenced commercial production of Sewing Threads for Readymade Garments.
  • The capacity of processing of woven fabric was enhanced to 360 lakh metres p.a.

2002

  • The Company commenced knitting of fabric with a capacity of 1150 MT p.a.
  • The yarn processing capacity was enhanced to 825 MT p.a.
  • The Dyeing and Processing of Knitted Fabric capacity was expanded to 3000 MT p.a.

2003

  • The yarn processing capacity was enhanced to 1400 MT p.a.
  • The Dyeing and Processing of Knitted Fabric capacity was expanded to 4000 MT p.a.

2006

  • The Company acquired land for installing a garment unit.

2007

  • The Company's name was changed from Shivalik Global Ltd to STL Global Ltd.
  • The Company designated an E-mail ID for registering complaints by its investors.
  • Shivalik Global signed a definitive agreement with RPS Infrastructure Ltd for joint development of its property at Faridabad.
  • Shivalik Global entered into a Collaboration Agreement with RPS Infrastructure.

2008

  • The Company's website was changed from shivalikglobal.com to stl-global.com.

2011

  • The Corporate Office of the Company was shifted from Plot No.4, Sector-6, Faridabad, Haryana-121006 to Plot No.207-208, Sector-58, Faridabad, Haryana, (India).
