2004

  • The company completed the project Kandivali Mitnayan Co-Op Housing Society

2005

  • The Registered Office of the Company was shifted to Mumbai

2012

  • The company launched the projects Sumit Greendale and Sumit Greendale NX in Global City, Virar
  • The company launched Five new projects including Sumit Bhoomi in Lalbaug, Mumbai, Sumit Bells – Plot B in Goa, Sumit Mount I & II in Goa, Sun Sumit Enclave in Borivali, Mumbai and Sumit Abode – II in Matunga, Mumbai

2014

2017

  • The company completed the projects Sumit Mount III in Goa and Gorai Mitasu in Mumbai

2018

  • The company was converted into a Public Limited Company with the name Sumit Woods Limited
  • The company received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 06, 2018
