1962	The die casting business commenced operation.
2017	Our Company was incorporated as TVS Commodity Financial Solutions Private Limited on August 29. A certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies on August 29.
2022	The name of our Company was changed to Sundaram - Clayton DCD Private Limited on February 4. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies on February 8. Our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and renamed as Sundaram - Clayton DCD Limited on February 10. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies on February 24.
2023	The Demerged Undertaking was transferred to our Company effective from August 11. The name of our Company was changed to Sundaram-Clayton Limited pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies on August 30.
