Super Bakers (India) Limited Shareholders Approve All Five Resolutions at 31st AGM

Super Bakers (India) Limited held its 31st Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025, through video conferencing. All five resolutions were approved by shareholders with overwhelming support of 99.97% votes in favor and only 0.03% against. The approved resolutions included adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, re-appointment of Anil S. Ahuja as Director and Managing Director for 3 years, appointment of Mann A. Ahuja as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective July 23, 2025, and appointment of Nishant Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from 2025-26 to 2029-30. The meeting was attended by 27 shareholders through video conferencing, with remote e-voting conducted from September 22-24, 2025. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners served as scrutineers for the voting process.
