The company's auditors noted that statutory dues amounting to Rs. 30,19,571.86 remain unpaid for the quarter, while the company showed improved cash generation from operations at Rs. 97.64 lakhs versus Rs. 251.40 lakhs in the previous period.

Super Infincon Pledges 4.34% Stake in Supertex Industries for Rs 600 Lacs Loan

Super Infincon Pvt Ltd has pledged 492,249 equity shares representing 4.34% of total share capital in Supertex Industries Limited to Caparo Financial Solutions Limited. The pledge was created on November 6, 2025, against a secured loan of Rs 600 lacs. The shares were valued at Rs 35.15 lacs based on volume weighted average price of Rs 7.14 per share. The borrowed amount will be utilized for repaying a secured loan and working capital requirements. Caparo Financial Solutions Limited is confirmed as a scheduled commercial bank, public financial institution, NBFC or housing finance company.
