- SUPREME HOLDINGS LIMITED was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of Supreme Holdings Private Ltd on 15th April, 1982.
1987
- The Company was acquired as a going concern by the Jatia Group on 14.09.87 from the then existing management for a consideration of Rs 2000/-.
1994
- The Company became Public Limited Company pursuant to Resolution passed in the EGM held on 21.3.94
- Fresh certificate of change in name was obtained on 20.04.94 from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.
2003
- Shareholders approved the delisting of Equity Shares from Jaipur & Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.
2008
- Mr. Prasanna C Lodha has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from January 09, 2008.
- Mr. Prasanna C Lodha is a Non Executive Independent Director of Company and he has also been appointed as member of Audit Committee and Investor's Grievance Committee of the Company with effect from January 09, 2008.
2010
- M/s. Churiwala & Co., Chartered Accountants has been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the company.
2011
- Mr. R. G. N. Swamy has been appointed as an Additional Director and Chairman of the Company
- Company has changed its name from Supreme Holdings Ltd. to Supreme Holdings & Hospitality Ltd.
2012
- Mr. Sanjay Saraf has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company
2013
- The Board of Director has appointed Mr. Rishabh Kalati as an Additional Independent Director of the company with effect from 16th January, 2013
2016
- Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) has launched its residential project, Belmac Residences, in Pune.
2021
- Belmac was awarded as Top Luxury Developer (1Cr - 3Cr) by the Pune Times Mirror Real Estate Icons 2021.
2023
- BELMAC launches its state-of-the-art Clubhouse, the House of Nirvana.
- Belmac was awarded under the category of Excellence in Quality and Design by Premium Developer in the Maharashtra Radiance Awards 2023 by Radio City in Pune.
