  • Initiated new multilayer sheet unit at Daman for high-tech plastic products.
  • Entered technical collaboration with Schur International, Denmark for packaging films.
  • Entered collaboration with Uponor, Finland for Ultra Rib pipes.
  • Planned expansion of SWR fittings at Jalgaon, speciality plastics at Malanpur, and co-extruded multilayer films.
  • Co-promoted Supreme Petrochem Ltd for 80,000 tonnes styrene monomer and 40,000 tonnes polystyrene.

1990

  • Premier Lighting Industries Ltd became subsidiary.
  • Relocated flexible packaging division and film manufacturing facilities to Khopoli.
  • Relocated Noida and Talegaon moulded furniture facilities to Pondy II.
  • Closed Daman multilayer sheet division and converted capacity to food serviceware products.
  • Converted part of Taloja premises to private custom bonded warehouse.

  • High Court approved amalgamation of Supreme Oriented Films Limited and Supreme Vinyl Films Ltd with Supreme Industries.

2003

  • Merged Siltap Chemicals Limited.

2005

  • Recommended dividend of 90% (Rs 9 per share).

2006

  • Signed MoU with Government of Maharashtra.
  • Issued bonus shares in 1:1 ratio.

2007

  • Recommended final dividend of 50%.

2008

  • Recommended final dividend of 45%.
  • Khushkhera plant won Incoming Quality Improvement Award from Maruti.
  • Pondy unit won Best Delivery Performance Award 2008 from Whirlpool of India Ltd.

2009

  • Received Export Award for fittings for pipes and hoses from The Plastic Export Promotion Council for 2008-2009.

2010

  • Abandoned composite pipes project for oil and gas exploration.

2017

  • Commenced manufacture of roto moulded products at Kanpur.

2018

  • Allotted 50 acres land by Telangana government; first phase plastic piping production expected Oct-Dec.

2019
