2010

2011

  • The plan and drawing for the project with a single track system were approved by the PWD Steering Committee.
  • The Company obtained confirmation from RITES to act as a technical consultant for the single track project.

2012

  • The Company obtained RITES confirmation for a change in project plan to a double track instead of a single track.

2013

  • The Company received consent from the Temple Trust to build a machine room near the temple.

2014

  • The Company submitted an extension request letter to PWD citing various statutory clearance delays and change in plans.

2015

  • The official Project management Consultant certified that the construction of the Funicular ropeway is as per approved drawings and specification of PWD.

2017

  • The Company received an Extension Approval for 3 years, 1 month, and 27 days from the PWD, Nashik.
  • A Foreign Safety Consultant suggested an additional braking facility before certifying the safety measures of the Funicular Ropeway.
  • The Company received a Final Safety Certificate from the Tribal Public Works Division.
  • The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name was changed to Suyog Gurbaxani Funicular Ropeways Limited.
  • The Company received a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion.

2018

  • The Company received a certificate from Damodar Ropeways Private Limited confirming employee training for operating the Funicular Ropeway.
  • The Company received a provisional Completion Certificate from PWD, Nashik.
  • The Company received a Fire NoC for operating the Ropeway for public use.
  • The construction of the Funicular Ropeway was completed and inaugurated by the Hon. Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Devendra Phadnavis.

2019

  • The Company received the Final Completion Certificate from PWD, Nashik.
