1995

2000

2002

2008

  • The Company obtained an IP-1 Certificate from the DOT.
  • The Company entered into an agreement for installation of BTS equipment on electric poles on flyovers with MSRDC.
  • The Company's BTS poles on MSRDC flyovers portfolio crossed 100.
  • The Company set up its 1st rooftop tower at Nashik.

2009

  • The Company installed 200 BTS poles on MSRDC flyovers.

2010

  • The Company's owned tower portfolio crossed 50 numbers.

2011

  • The Company obtained Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 Registration.
  • The Company set up its OFC network at Thane.

2012

  • The Company won the bid to install BTS poles on MMRDA properties, skywalk flyovers, and foot-over bridges.

2013

  • The Company signed an agreement for installation of equipment on the Bandra Worli Sea Link.
  • The Company converted into a Public Limited Company.
  • The Company's owned rooftop poles portfolio crossed 300 poles.
  • A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2016

  • Suyog Telematics Ltd issued one bonus equity share for every five shares held.
  • Suyog Telematics bagged an order from MSRDC.
  • Suyog Telematics acquired the tower business of Nisa Industrial Services.
  • Suyog Telematics completed the acquisition of the tower business of Nisa Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • Suyog received a Letter of Award from MSRDC.
