Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Approves Quarterly Results and Auditor Appointments

Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and made several auditor appointments. The company appointed M/s. Sandeep Dar & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. M.M. Dubey & Co. as Internal Auditor for financial year 2025-26. The Board recommended M/s. S. P. Jain & Associates as Statutory Auditor for five consecutive years, from the 43rd to 48th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. The quarterly results showed revenue from operations of ₹741.39 lakhs compared to ₹952.39 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹1,063.18 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter was ₹25.20 lakhs versus ₹61.21 lakhs in the previous quarter and ₹134.05 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Reappoints Madhusudan Lohia as Independent Director for Second Five-Year Term

Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Limited's Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Mr. Madhusudan Lohia as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, from July 29, 2025 to July 28, 2030. The reappointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Lohia's first term as Independent Director expires on July 28, 2025. The 57-year-old experienced businessman will continue to hold his positions in various Board committees. Mr. Lohia is not related to any other Directors of the Company.
