TAAL Tech Limited Reports Strong Q2 FY26 Results with 39% Revenue Growth

TAAL Tech Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of INR 4,701.99 lakhs for Q2 FY26, compared to INR 3,387.55 lakhs in the previous quarter, representing significant sequential growth. For the half year, standalone revenue reached INR 9,089.54 lakhs versus INR 8,197.36 lakhs in the same period last year. Net profit after tax for Q2 stood at INR 1,345.51 lakhs, with basic earnings per share of INR 39.70. On a consolidated basis, Q2 revenue was INR 5,055.11 lakhs with net profit of INR 1,426.98 lakhs and basic EPS of INR 45.79. The company operates in engineering and design services segment and has subsidiaries in USA, Switzerland, and UK. The Registrar of Companies approved the company's name change from TAAL Enterprises Limited to TAAL Tech Limited effective November 4, 2025.
