- The company was incorporated on 22nd July for manufacture of aircraft for civilian use.
- The company undertook to set up a project for manufacture of P-68 aircrafts.
- Land admeasuring 4438 sq. mtrs. was acquired at Denkanikotta Taluka, Dharmapuri dist. of Tamil Nadu.
- The company entered into two agreements with Partenavia Construzioni Aeronutliche S.R.L. Italy for manufacture and sale in India P-68 and Viator aircraft.
- The company entered into another agreement with National Aeronautical Laboratory, Bangalore as a risk sharing partner for joint development and commercial production of NAL's indigenous composite material two seater light trainer air craft.
1995
- The company has taken necessary permission to indigenise the components.
- The company was appointed as Authorised representative of Cessna's business jet line of aircraft.
- The company undertook to set up repairs and maintenance facilities for Cessna aircraft.
- 2,05,600 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each were issued, subscribed and paid up.
- 112,94,400 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each were then issued at par.
2000
- The Company is setting up a software division to address the software needs of the sector, leveraging its domain knowledge with its Bangalore location.
2003
- Indus Aviation, a US based company, has tied up with Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. to produce light aircraft in India.
2007
- Taneja Aerospace signs contract with Cessna Aircraft Company for two aircrafts - Citation XLS and CJ2.
- Taneja Aerospace signs MOU with PSU engineering major BEML
- The company has created an E-mail ID for Investor Complaints.
2008
- Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Lunkad Towers, Viman Nagar, Pune to Belagondapalli Village, Thally Road, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Belagondapalli, Tamil Nadu.
- Taneja Aerospace enters into MRO Facility Agreement with AWACS

- TAAL Technologies Pvt. Ltd has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

- Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. has appointed Mr. Nilesh Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

- Scheme of Arrangement between Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited and TAAL Enterprises Limited.

- Amalgamation of Katra Auto Engineering Pvt Ltd with Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Ltd under Sec. 230 to 232 has been approved by the Board and Audit Committee.
