1990

  • Commercial production commenced on 11th November.
  • 1,32,000 cumulative convertible preference shares of Rs.100 each were allotted to IDBI, IFCI, and ICICI.
  • 17,44,020 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each were allotted at par to various parties.

1993

  • The company undertook to install balancing equipment for the freezing plant, including a pre-cooler from Sweden, a dicer from USA, and an automatic packaging line from UK.
  • Peas under the brand name 'Green Valley' were launched by Brooke Bond Lipton India Ltd. in Delhi and were well accepted.
  • 43,36,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each were issued at par to various parties.

1994

  • The company launched its product under the brand name 'Green Valley' in Mumbai.
  • The company proposed to undertake production of Frozen French Fries for supply to Fast Food Chains in India.
  • The company proposed to enter into a MOU/Joint Venture with a US-based french fries manufacturer.
  • The company was involved in backward integration linkage with farmers for assistance in development of new technology for growing better crops.

1995

  • The company launched its own brand name of 'Inland Valley French Fries' in the towns of Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Delhi.
  • The company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Indexport Limited for marketing its products.
  • Lamb, Weston (Mauritius) increased its stake to 51% through the issue of equity shares at a premium.

1996

  • Processing was limited to the processing of potatoes during harvest months due to storage inadequacies.
  • Vegetable production was halted due to maximum inventory levels and a withdrawal from the market of a major vegetable customer.
  • 13,20,000 No. of equity shares were issued on conversion of cumulative convertible preference shares.

2004

  • The company's equity shares were delisted from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange effective March 31, 2004.
  • The company's equity shares were delisted from Jaipur Stock Exchange effective May 15, 2004.

2005

  • The company's securities were delisted from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd (CSE) effective March 04, 2005.

2008

  • The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from E-55, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi- 24 to 13, Hanuman Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001.
