TCI Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company operates in a single segment providing space for film shooting, rental income, TV serials and advertisements. During the quarter, the company allotted 26,250 0% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each at an issue price of Rs. 400, including a premium of Rs. 300. These shares are redeemable within 20 years at an 18% simple annual premium. Additionally, Mr. Amit A. Chavan resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and CFO, effective September 16, 2025, to pursue career opportunities outside the organization. The board meeting was held on August 06, 2025, where the financial results were approved and the resignation was accepted.
