- Certificate of BS OHSAS 18001:2007 was issued for design, manufacture and supply of AC Generators

2011
- The name of the Company was changed to TD Power Systems Limited by a special resolution of the members
- The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was granted to the Company
2012
- TD Power Systems signed a Long Term License Agreement with Siemens
- Received an order for 1 No 15MW steam turbine generator to be installed in Kenya
- Received an order for 1 No 10MW steam turbine generator to be installed in Thailand
- Received an order for 1 No 11MW steam turbine generator to be installed in Fiji Islands
- Received an order for 1 No 16.2MVA vertical hydro generator to be installed in Norway
- The Company recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share
- Mr. Nikhil Kumar was re-designated as Managing Director of the Company
2013
- TD Power Systems' EPC subsidiary won orders aggregating to Rs. 234 crore

2014
