Texel Industries Reports Quarterly Profit of Rs 78.31 Lakhs for Q1 FY2026

Texel Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a standalone profit after tax of Rs 78.31 lakhs, compared to a loss of Rs 156.25 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,575.13 lakhs versus Rs 2,372.63 lakhs in the previous year quarter. The company operates in two segments: Technical Textile (Rs 2,544.13 lakhs revenue) and Land, Building & Property Development (Rs 31.00 lakhs revenue). Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 0.59 from a loss of Rs 1.87 per share in the corresponding quarter. The board meeting was held on August 14, 2025, and the results were reviewed by statutory auditors M/s Sunil Poddar & Co., who expressed an unmodified audit opinion.
