Timex Group India Limited delivered its best-ever quarterly performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with revenue growing 40% and profit before tax surging 70%. The company's core brands showed strong performance with Versace leading at 57% growth, followed by Timex at 52% and Guess at 45%. E-commerce channels reported 53% growth while trade channels grew 30%. For the half-year period, revenue increased 46% and profit before tax grew 123%, with EBITDA expanding 116% to reach 15.7% of revenue. The Board approved an interim dividend payment of Rs. 12.71 crores on preference shares to clear accumulated unpaid dividends from FY2020-21 to FY2023-24. The company expanded its portfolio with new collections and partnerships, including the first Guess Automatic watches in India and a partnership with Aston Martin for luxury watches.
