Tradewell Holdings Re-appoints Kamal Manchanda as Whole Time Director for Five Years

Tradewell Holdings Limited's Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kamal Manchanda as Whole Time Director for five consecutive years from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2031. The 63-year-old director holds a B.Tech degree and has experience in Real Estate and Share Trading, having been associated with the company since January 10, 1995. He is the spouse of Mrs. Aruna Manchanda, who is also a Director of the Company. The Board also approved adoption of new Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with the Companies Act, 2013, including provisions for further issue of capital and warrants. All proposals are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Tradewell Holdings Limited's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, during a board meeting held on August 1, 2025. The board also reappointed M/s. Parveen Rastogi and Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. S V KUMAR & CO as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
