Trans Freight Containers Receives Rs 8.43 Crore GST Demand Notice

Trans Freight Containers Limited received a show cause notice from the GST department demanding Rs 84,32,184 related to transfer of leasehold rights in MIDC land during financial year 2021-22. The demand includes GST amount of Rs 44,33,324, interest of Rs 35,55,528, and penalty of Rs 4,43,332. Trans Freight Containers Re-appoints Ms. Runnu Mahadev Polley as Independent Director for Five-Year Term

Trans Freight Containers Ltd. Board of Directors re-appointed Ms. Runnu Mahadev Polley as Non-Executive, Women Independent Director for a five-year term from August 13, 2026 to August 12, 2031. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Polley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and has extensive experience in Capital Market and Accounting.
