The acquisition involves purchasing 1,55,16,000 shares for cash consideration, subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals from SEBI, stock exchanges, and depositories. Upon completion, GSSL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary, allowing Transchem to diversify into comprehensive financial services including equity and derivatives trading on BSE and NSE. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 3 months of entering the non-binding term sheet.
