Trident Texofab Reports Strong Q2FY26 Performance with 6% Revenue Growth and Improved Margins

Trident Texofab Limited achieved total income of ₹3,102.56 lakhs in Q2FY26, marking 6% year-over-year growth, with EBITDA margins improving significantly to 8.12% from -1.04% in Q2FY25. The textile manufacturer's shift from trading to manufacturing operations continues to drive profitability, with manufacturing contributing 62.4% of revenue and profit after tax rising 12% to ₹112.77 lakhs.

Trident Texofab Reports 46% Jump in Quarterly Profit, Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

Trident Texofab Limited reported a net profit of ₹101.59 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹69.56 lakhs in the same period last year, marking a 46% increase. Revenue from operations grew to ₹2,807.68 lakhs from ₹2,571.21 lakhs year-on-year. The company's basic earnings per share improved to ₹0.72 from ₹0.69. The Board also approved the appointment of CS Mehul Amareliya of Amareliya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. Trident Texofab operates in manufacturing and wholesale trading of grey cloth and reported no investor complaints during the quarter.
