- The Company was originally incorporated as ‘TVS Logistics Services Limited’ in Madurai, a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 16, 2004 and certificate of commencement of business dated November 29, 2004 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu.

2018
