2010
- The Company was incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name Unihealth Consultancy Private Limited.
2011
- The Company established the International Patient Division in Pune.
- The Unihealth Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Beauty clinic was commissioned at Aamby Valley City.
2012
- The Company marked its foray into Healthcare Consultancy Services with its 1st project being Equipment Planning & Procurement Services.
2013
- Ethiopian Airlines Enterprises entered into an exclusive collaboration with UniHealth to provide medical travel facilitation services as its partner.
2014
- The Company registered its 100% wholly owned subsidiary in UAE to provide consultancy services.
- The Company made its entry into Mozambique.
2015
- The Company earmarked investments through acquisition of Biohealth Limited to set up radiology and dialysis centers in Tanzania.
2017
- The Company commissioned UMC Victoria Hospital in Kampala by taking over the assets of the erstwhile Kadic Hospital and UMC Zhahir Hospital in Kano.
2018
- The Company commissioned its state-of-art 70 bed facility in Kampala, opposite the existing UMC Victoria Hospital.
2019
- UniHealth Group was appointed as Project Management Consultants for PHRC Lifespace Organisation in Pune, India.
2020
- UMC Victoria Hospital set up the COVID-19 treatment center in Uganda.
- UMC Victoria Hospital set up the largest private sector COVID-19 Treatment Center in Uganda.
- The Group marked its foray into distribution of Medical Consumables & Pharmaceuticals in select African countries.
2021
- Dr. Akshay Parmar, Co-Founder & MD, was awarded the Business Icon of India by Indian Center for Research & Promotion.
2022
- A resolution was passed to convert the Company into a Public Limited Company and change its name from Unihealth Consultancy Private Limited to Unihealth Consultancy Limited.
- The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to Unihealth Consultancy Limited vide Special Resolution dated December 19, 2022 and resolution of the Board dated December 05, 2022.
2023
- The Company was converted from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company.
- UniHealth signed a MoU with Maykhalar Group of Companies to set up a 300 bedded Health City in Yangon, Myanmar.
- UniHealth - UMC Hospitals was awarded Iconic Brand of the Year 2023.
- A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on April 26, 2023.
2024
- The Company name was changed to Unihealth Hospitals Ltd. from Unihealth Consultancy Ltd.
